Hi, my name is Ali Sills and it took me 10 years to earn my bachelors degree in leadership from Regent University online. Balancing a family, work, and school made it a little more difficult to earn my degree within 4 years. Asking for help, online presentations, online group work, procrastination, time management, meeting deadlines, studying, and writing essays are a few challenges I faced while going to school.
